- Communicate with chat messages and Coach notes—where staff can craft high priority messages that will be sent as emails and push notifications, and displayed as alerts (so no one misses them!)

- View RSVPs and send reminders so you can get accurate counts and track attendance

How To Answer Members’ Questions About LeagueApps Play
I’m having technical difficulties using the Play app. Help!
They should continue to escalate issues with your program staff, just like they do when they have an issue registering, logging into their Member Console, etc. We do not plan to troubleshoot or communicate with your members directly at this time.
What are my login credentials for the LeagueApps Play app?
To login, you should use the same email and password as the account used when registering to the team. If you forget your password, your program administrator will no longer be able to change it on your behalf. You will be required to change it yourself by clicking the Forgot password? on the login screen. For more details on password resets, click here.
I’m logged in and I don’t see anything in my app. Why?
You must be registered to a team for the program events to appear in the mobile app.
Can I use the app to manage all my child accounts?
Yes, parents can log into LeagueApps Play and manage all parent/child accounts, just as they do in the Member Console today. They can add parents or supervisors to family accounts with a corresponding email address.
I just registered a new child through my family account but why don't I see them in the Play app?
It can take up to 30 minutes for a newly registered child to appear in the Play app.
Why is the Standings tab blank in my mobile app?
Standings have to be enabled for a given program to display in app.
Do I receive an email notification when I am sent a chat message in the Play app?
Chat recipients will receive push notifications directly on their phone when they receive a new chat message. An email will not be sent for chat messages.
Why am I unable to chat with certain parents on my team?
Chat recipients must have also downloaded the LeagueApps Play app in order to see the chat messages sent to them.
My schedule seems to be showing up in Eastern Time, but I'm not in that timezone - how can I fix this?
Please ensure you have updated the Play app in the App Store or Google Play Store recently to fix this setting.
Why can't I delete chat messages or conversations?
Please ensure you have updated the Play app in the App Store or Google Play Store recently to fix this setting.
Where can I find support resources in the app?
Go to My Account and you will see a list of support guides. You also have the ability to turn on navigation tool tips (available on iOS - coming soon to Android!).
For Coaches:
When does my team receive mobile push notifications?
Push notifications are sent when they receive chat messages and coach notes, as well as when you change, cancel, or uncancel a game or event (i.e. practice, class, etc.). When you create a game or event, you can also choose to send a notification alerting your team members. Push notifications are NOT sent when you delete a game or event.
Why can't I input game scores in the Play app?
You must be assigned as a scorekeeper for each team where you'll need to input game scores. Please contact your program administrator to set this up.
How can I add a clickable URL in my practice's details section?
Currently, you are unable to hyperlink any URLs on the Event Details page. You can include URLs in your coach notes or chat messages in the Communications tab.
Why don't I see the Create Location button in my Play app?
You need to have the permissions to create locations. Please contact your program administrator if you are not seeing that functionality. Additionally, be sure you have updated to the latest version of the Play app.
Why am I not able to edit my player's information in the app, even though I know I have this permission turned on in the Management Console?
Currently, staff cannot edit player form fields on the player details screen within the mobile app, even if they have permission to do so in the Management Console.
Am I able to make a practice reoccurring after I've created a single practice?
No, currently you are unable to make a practice (or other event) reoccurring after it has been created.
Can I delete all reoccurring instances of the practice at the same time?
Currently, you are unable to delete reoccurring events (ie. Practice event). You can only delete a single selected event one at a time.
