Program-level schedules — for Clubs, Leagues, Events, Classes, and Camps — now run on the same modern scheduling foundation as the Global Calendar. That means the same powerful interface and tools you use to manage schedules across your whole organization are now available at the program level too, along with a few improvements built specifically for how you manage an individual program's schedule.
This update is rolling out over the next few weeks, with all organizations expected to be on the new experience by September. No action is needed on your end, and none of your existing schedules or brackets will be affected — everything carries over and continues to work as-is.

The same powerful tools, now at the program level
If you've used Global Calendar, this will feel immediately familiar — it's the same engine under the hood. Program-level schedules give you:
- Three visualizations — List View, Calendar View, and Location View, so you can see your schedule the way that makes sense for the task at hand.
- Quick Search — scan across every column to find an activity in seconds.
- Filters — narrow the view by location, activity type, and more.
- Bulk Actions — apply a change to multiple activities at once instead of editing one by one.
- Notifications — keep coaches and families in the loop automatically when schedules change.
- Drag & Drop — reschedule activities directly on the calendar or location grid.

Customizing your List View
List View on both Global Calendar and program-level schedules can be tailored to how you like to work. You can:
- Rearrange columns
- Show or hide columns
- Resize columns
- Group activities
- Pin columns

What's new at the program level
Alongside the shared toolset, we've reorganized a few things specifically for how you manage schedules within a single program (Clubs, Leagues, Events, Classes, and Camps).
A single Create button, with more options
The Create button now has multiple options for quick action. You can quickly create a game or event, generate a full schedule (round robin or bracket), or add game notes and schedule notes. Everything you need to build out a program's schedule starts from one place.
Sub-Program Calendars are back for Clubs, along with a new Team Calendar
You can now drill down to view a specific sub-program calendar with the newer views, and the Team Calendar comes with the same modern tools and visualizations as the global and program calendars.
Bracket Management has its own space
Instead of being buried inside a long season schedule, Bracket Management now opens in its own slide-out panel, so you can manage your brackets quickly from the top.
Publish at the group level
You can now control whether a schedule is published at the group level or the sub-program level, and set that independently for games and events, giving you more granular control over when schedules go live for your members.
Activity Summary for all program types
The Activity Summary, previously available only for Clubs, is now available for all program types. It has moved from the side panel to the program navigation, and gives you an overview of the number of games and practices per team, so you can make sure your schedule is balanced and complete.

Which program types does this apply to?
Clubs, Leagues, Events, Classes, and Camps all use the modernized program-level schedule.
Do I need to do anything to turn this on?
No action needed. This is rolling out automatically over the next few weeks, with all organizations expected to be on the new experience by September.
Does this apply to tournament scheduling too?
No. Tournaments already have their own dedicated scheduling experience built for pool play and bracket management, so they're not part of this update. See How do I schedule tournaments? for that program type.
How is a program-level schedule different from Global Calendar?
Global Calendar shows activities across your entire organization, across every program and location. A program-level schedule shows the same tools, scoped to a single program — useful when you're focused on building out or managing just that program's games and events.
Where did my old Create options go?
They're still there — just consolidated under the new split Create button. Click the button for a quick add, or use the dropdown for schedule generation, notes, and other options.
Can I still generate round robin or bracket schedules?
Yes. That lives under the Create button's dropdown now, alongside game notes and schedule notes.
Will my existing schedules or brackets be affected by this change?
No. There's no migration and nothing to redo — existing schedules and brackets carry over and continue to work as-is.
