In LeagueApps, you can quickly cancel or reschedule calendar events for your teams. There are two methods below that allow you to do this, you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
Cancel an Event or Set of Events
- Navigate to the program where the events are scheduled
- Click the schedule menu item at the top. If the program is grouped, you can access the schedule from the subprogram dashboard.
- Find the event(s) in the list of items
- Click the Cancel Icon (circle with a line through it) on the right
- If the event was a recurring event, such as a practice weekly at the same time, you will receive a prompt to edit Only this instance or Edit all events in this group. Select the option that best suits your needs.
- Review the following prompt then click and check Notify participants if desired and Click Yes, cancel this event
Reschedule an event or set of events
- Go to the program where the events are scheduled. If the program is grouped navigate to the subprogram to access the Schedule.
- Click the Schedule or Calendar link at the top
- Find the event(s) in the list of items
- Click the Pencil Icon on the right
- If the event was a recurring event, you will receive a prompt to edit Only this instance or Edit all events in this group. Select the option that best suits your needs.
- Make the necessary edits to the event's date and time
- Check the box for Notify Participants if desired. Click Update Event.
