How To Cancel Or Reschedule Games

There are several different ways to cancel or reschedule a game or games. Review the methods below and choose the that best suits your situation.

Note deleting a game will not notify participants in all cases. If you need to inform your members of schedule changes, we recommend doing so via the Compose A Message tool.

Cancel a single game

1. Go to the program where the game is scheduled
2. Click the Schedule link at the top.
3. Find the game in the list
4. Click the Trophy Icon
5. Set the result to Cancelled then clickSave

Reschedule a single game

1. Go to the program where the game is scheduled
2. Click the Schedule link at the top
3. Find the game in the list
4. Click the Pencil Icon to edit the game
5. Enter the new day and time for the game
6. Check Notify Participants to automatically email the participants of both teams
   
7. Click Save game

Delete or Reschedule a set of games

1. Go to the program where the game is scheduled
2. Click the Schedulelink at the top.
3. Find the set of games in the list
4. In the gray header above the set of games, on the right you will see a link for delete games and reschedule games. Click the one you wish to use.
   
5. If you are rescheduling games, select the date to when they are to be rescheduled. If you are deleting the games, simply accept the prompt. Deleting a schedule is irreversible.
   
6. Check the box Notify affected participants of this change? if desired.
7. Click Reschedule.

Delete ALL games

1. Go to the program where the game is scheduled
2. Click the Schedule link at the top.
3. Click Delete Games button
   
4. Accept confirmation message
