Adding Additional Family Members

Your Family Account is made up of both Adult and Child Member profiles. They represent the Parent to Child relationship and can have more than one parent/supervisor, and multiple children. All supervisors within a family account can register any child members for programs, but they cannot register other supervisors. 

Step 1

From your dashboard, click on My Family Account on the right-hand side.

Step 2

Select the +Add Player or +Add Parent link to add another family member.

Step 3

Fill out the information for the new member.

  • If you are adding a parent/supervisor, they will get a notification email with instructions on how to set their password and access their account.
  • If you are adding a new child and email address is an available field to be completed, this must be a unique email address and cannot be your own. However, the field is also optional can be left blank.
