Adding Additional Family Members

Your Family Account is made up of both Adult and Child Member profiles. They represent the Parent to Child relationship and can have more than one parent/supervisor, and multiple children.  All supervisors within a family account can register any child members for programs, but they cannot register other supervisors. 


Step 1: From your dashboard, click on "My Family Account" on the right hand side.





Step 2: Look for the "+ Add Parent" link under "Parent Participants".

If adding a child, click the +Add Player link under Player Participants.
 


Step 3: Fill out the information for the new member.


If you are adding a parent/supervisor, they will get a notification email with instructions on how to set their password and access their account.
