Your Family Account is made up of both Adult and Child Member profiles. They represent the Parent to Child relationship and can have more than one parent/supervisor, and multiple children. All supervisors within a family account can register any child members for programs, but they cannot register other supervisors.
From your dashboard, click on My Family Account on the right-hand side.
Select the +Add Player or +Add Parent link to add another family member.
Fill out the information for the new member.
- If you are adding a parent/supervisor, they will get a notification email with instructions on how to set their password and access their account.
- If you are adding a new child and email address is an available field to be completed, this must be a unique email address and cannot be your own. However, the field is also optional can be left blank.
