How can I update a member's email address?

For security reasons, all email changes must be completed by the member. Admins nor LeagueApps employees have the ability to edit the email on file for members. 

Here are the steps to send your member so they can initiate an email change. 

  1. Log in to the member portal. This is your LeagueApps registration site at [siteid]
  2. Click Account Settings on the right.
  3. Click Edit next to your email.
  4. When prompted, enter the updated email under New Email.
  5. Click Request Email Change.

This will then send a confirmation message to your new email address to confirm the change. 

  1. Check your email and click the Confirm Email Change button
  2. You may be prompted to log in. If so, log in again with the "old" email
  3. Once that is done, you will receive another prompt
  4. Review the changes and click Confirm Email Change
