LeagueApps completed a major scheduled data infrastructure upgrade on August 12, 2025 designed to substantially improve system speed and accelerate how quickly we can deliver new features. This data migration did not include any changes to our platform code.
While we conducted extensive planning and testing for the data migration, some unexpected gaps emerged in specific use cases. We are continuing to release important data updates following this data migration. You may currently see temporary data issues or report delays, but all data is secure and stored, and our platform is functioning as expected.

Below are the most common issues that some partners were experiencing, which have now been resolved, and note any recommended actions.
1. Disconnected Invoices or “Missing” Players
- What happened: There were a small number of invoices that were disconnected from players during the data migration. In addition, players who registered into programs with a “strictly enforced payment deadline” and did not pay their invoice before the deadline, had their registration removed but their invoice remained.

How LeagueApps is addressing this:
- FIXED: We’ve restored any records with any disconnection from the migration.
- FIXED:An update was also put in place so the “strictly enforced payment deadline” issue will not occur moving forward, and all unpaid invoices were corrected. If the removed registration had paid their invoice, the invoice was left as is.
- NEW FEATURE: We have released a new feature to help you better review and restore disconnected invoices.

Where to check: Restore members’ disconnected invoices by following the steps HERE.
- Note: Members whose registrations were detached from their invoice are not able to see schedules and rosters so it’s critical that any invoices that need to be restored are properly connected.
2. LeagueApps Play & Branded Apps Visibility Issues
- What happened: During the data infrastructure upgrade, an issue surfaced which prevented some mobile app users from their viewing rosters, schedules, coach notes, and/or RSVPs. This information is still visible in the member dashboard via desktop and mobile web.

How LeagueApps is addressing this:
- FIXED: We have put a fix in place for all visibility issues in the LeagueApps Play app and branded mobile apps.
- Where to check: In the LeagueApps Play app or your branded mobile apps, view the Schedules and RSVP pages. If you are still not seeing either of those areas, please contact support@leagueapps.com.
3. Team Player Count Inconsistencies & “Unknown Players”
- What happened: After the data infrastructure upgrade, teams were displaying incorrect player counts and “unknown player” counts; even while the underlying team data is in the system

How LeagueApps is addressing this:
- FIXED: We have corrected the team player count inconsistencies and “unknown players” counts.

Where to check: Navigate to your program and under the Teams menu dropdown, select Team List. This page has been updated to reflect the correct number of players for teams within that program.
