If a participant has been removed from a program, you can restore that registration if it has an associated invoice. This is a quick and easy way to add a member back into a program without them needing to re-register.
Step 1: Find the invoice
There are many ways to find invoices in LeagueApps, but in general you can look at all invoices, invoices by program or invoices by member.
- To view all invoices, go to Reporting > Invoices
- To view all invoices by program, go to a program and click Invoices at the top
- To view a member's invoices, go to their member profile and click Invoices a the top
Once you are in the list of invoices, look for this note to find the detached invoice:
Step 2: Restore the registration
Once you have located the invoice, click on the invoice number on the left to enter the invoice page
- Click on the three dots in the top, right-hand corner
- Click Restore Registration
- Review the following prompt, then click Submit
Should you wish to remove the registration again, you can always do so via the program's registration list.
Exporting Invoices
If you wish to find all invoices with associated registrations that can be restored, navigate to Reporting > Invoices.
- Set your filters at the top
- Click Export to CSV
- One of the columns included in the Export File will note if an invoice has a "Removed Registration."
- You can then filter this data in your preferred spreadsheet program to find all invoices with this status.

How can I restore a free registration?
Registrations without an invoice cannot be restored. Have the member re-register into the program.
Why am I getting an error that the member is already in the program?
This means the member has already been re-registered into the program, and a member cannot be in the same program twice. So you will need to remove the existing registration before restoring the deleted one.
