How To Create and Manage Admins In LeagueApps Facilities

In LeagueApps Facilities, you can create as many admins as you need and also control the permissions on a custom level, set the reply-to-list, and specify what email notifications each admin will receive.

Adding New Admin Accounts

  • In your LeagueApps Facilities account, go to Settings then Admin Accounts
  • Click the + Add button
  • Enter the details for the new admin. You must add first name, last name, email address and a password.
  • Choose permission access settings:
    • Full Access
      This provides full system access to the admin for every feature.
    • View Only Access
      Allows admin to view everything but cannot add/delete/change anything. This admin can view and make comments.
    • Custom Access
      This gives you the opportunity to set permissions for each section of the system. No Access will make the section invisible to the admin.
⚠️ A new admin is not notified of their account creation. You must send them their password and encourage them to change it once they log in.

Setting Admin Reply-to-List

The admin reply list is a great feature to help direct customer reply emails to the correct person. If you have a different admin working with bookings and another admin working with invoices, you can select who is the reply address for each section. One admin can also be the choice for every section.

Setting Admin Email Notifications

Admin notifications allow you to set what admins get notified for what actions in the system. You can set notifications for email messages. As an example if you want to receive an email every time a customer requests time online through the system you would check off All Requests by your name.

The notification options are:

  • Admin Bookings
  • User Bookings
  • User Request
  • All Bookings
  • All Request
  • All bookings & request

Apply to all: This applies the same Email selection to all venues in your facility for the selected admin account.

Once you’ve selected the options for an admin account, click the Save button.

You can check what email notification is being sent to an admin for a particular venue by choosing a Venue in the dropdown.

The Email dropdown will update with the selection that was previously saved.
