You can connect one or more sites from LeagueApps to LeagueApps Facilities. For each Site you want to connect you must first generate an API key and then you enter the API key information in LeagueApps Facilities.
Generate API Key
From your LeagueApps management console, navigate to Integrations then click API Settings.
Enter a name for your credentials, such as “Facilities,” and select the Generate Private API Key button.
⚠️ If you don't enter a name, the integration will not work. |
Once a Private API key is generated, a file will be downloaded to your computer and a new record will appear in the API Keys list on the page. The name of this file is also known as the client ID. You will need both this file and the client ID in a later step.
Add Site in LeagueApps Facilities
When logged into LeagueApps Facilities with an account that has administrator access, go to the Venue Sorting link under Settings in the navigation menu on the left side of the page.
Click on the fourth tab labelled LeagueApps Sites.
Click the Add new site button.
The Connect To LeagueApps Site modal that pops up is where you enter the connecting information. The below fields are required.
- ClientID = Key Name from the Private API Key you created in LeagueApps API Settings.
-
Site ID = The Site ID of the LeagueApps Site you are connecting to. The site ID is the string of numbers included in the URL when on your LeagueApps dashboard. It will appear like the format below:
- P12 File = The file you saved when you created the Private API Key you created in LeagueApps API Settings.
When the connection is successful the Site Name and the Site ID will display on the LeagueApps Site tab in LeagueApps Facilities.
Linking Venues and Customers
After connecting your site you need to Link Customers and Link Venues in order to have events sync between LeagueApps and Facilities.
