The Invoice Payment Plan Installments Report shows you a summary of invoice payment plan installments in your organization, which invoice installments are past due, as well as which specific users are past due on their payments.
Navigation, Filtering & Sorting
To view this report, navigate to the Reporting icon and select the Reports option under the Analytics header. Then, navigate to the left-sidebar and select Invoice Payment Plan Installments.
You are able to filter by installment due date, site name, paid at date, and whether or not the invoice installment has been paid.
The first chart shows all invoice payment plan installments across your entire organization, based on your selected filters. You can also sort the data from individual columns within the chart by selecting the arrow in the column title, and choosing which sort option you would like to use; you can sort by Ascending, Descending, or choose to add a Custom Sort.
Past due installments
The Past due installments section of the report allows you to dig into late payments across your organization or on the site-level. There is a new set of filters within this section, so that you can dig into late payments by due date, site name, or program name.
Based on the filters selected at the top of the Past due installments section, you are also able to see a chart detailing specific users who are past due on their payments, which can be expanded and collapsed to view their installments across teams and programs.
Exporting, Sending, and Scheduling
These charts can be exported or filtered by hovering over the top right corner of the chart and selecting your desired options.
This report can be exported by selecting the arrow next to the Export Payment Plan Installments tab in the bottom left corner of the screen, and you can also schedule or email reports by clicking the three horizontal lines then selecting Schedule export or Send now.
You can choose to schedule exports at specific days and times, and with specific conditions (e.g. only if new data has occurred).
You can then choose email addresses—whether they’re part of your organization or not—to send it to, and the cadence you would like the export to occur at. Depending on the report or dashboard, you can export the data as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
