Org Transaction Comparisons Report

The Org Transaction Comparisons Report shows you a detailed breakdown of transactions at an organization level across all of your sites, so you can compare month-by-month performance. If you only have one site in your organization, it will just display that site’s data. Org Account Owner and Org Account Admin roles are able to view this report.

Navigation, Filtering & Sorting

To view this report, navigate to the Reporting icon and select the Reports option under the Analytics header. Then, navigate to the left-sidebar and select Transaction Comparisons

You can filter the data by selecting the Transaction date and Site  filters at the top of the report. Selecting options within these filters will change the data you’re seeing in this report.

You can view both table and chart views of your Net Amount Collected across sites and times. The table and chart can be exported, sorted, or filtered by hovering over the top right corner of the chart and selecting your desired options.

This report can be exported by selecting the arrow next to the Export Comparative Transactions tab in the bottom left corner of the screen, and you can also schedule or email reports by clicking the three horizontal lines then selecting Schedule export or Send now.

You can choose to schedule exports at specific days and times, and with specific conditions (e.g. only if new data has occurred).
