Transactions Report

The Transactions Report shows you a detailed breakdown of transactions at an organization level across all of your sites, or at the site-level. If you only have one site in your organization, it will just display that site’s data.

Terminology Updates

  • "Net Allocated Amount Collected" is now called "Allocated Net Amount" in LeagueApps Analytics.
  • "Transaction Fees" is now called "Allocated Fee Amount" in LeagueApps Analytics.
  • "Net Total Amount Collected" is now called "Total Net Amount" in LeagueApps Analytics.

Navigation, Filtering & Sorting

To view this report, navigate to the Reporting icon and select the Reports option under the Analytics header. Then, navigate to the Financial dropdown in the left-sidebar and select Transactions

You can filter the data by selecting options from the filters at the top of the report. Selecting options within these filters will change the data you’re seeing for the top chart of this report:

  • Transaction Date
  • Transaction Type
  • Site Name
  • Program Type
  • Program State
  • Program Name
  • Sport
  • Season
  • Transaction Id
  • Bank Transfer Id
  • Registrant Current Role
  • Member Full Name
  • Member Email
  • Product Name

If applicable, you are able to select multiple options under Site Name, Sport, Season, and Program Name to hone in on targeted insights.

⚠️ If a member has been moved from one program to another program, all data refers to the current program. If you need to see the original program or if there was a move, scroll to the following fields: Moved Programs? (this will be null if it is a product order, true if YES, false if NO), Original Grouped Program Name, and Program Name.

Any of the columns can be sorted by selecting the arrow in the column title, and choosing which sort option you would like to use.

Beneath the transactions chart, you are able to view high-level summary numbers based on the filters you chose at the top of the report:

  • Sum of Allocated Amount: the total amount paid on a single transaction
  • Sum of Allocated Deducted Fee Amount: the amount that went to fees on a single transaction
  • Sum of Allocated Net Amount: the amount netted on a single transaction
  • Sum of Invoice Total Amount: the total amount due on the invoice (container level if it's multiple invoices at once)
  • Sum of Invoice Outstanding Amount: the amount outstanding on the invoice (container level if it's multiple invoices at once)
  • Sum of Invoice Paid Amount: the total amount the invoice (container level if it's multiple invoices at once) container invoice

Exporting, Bookmarks, Sending, and Scheduling

These charts can be exported or filtered by hovering over the top right corner of the chart and selecting your desired options.

If you added any filters to customize this report to your needs, you can save that filtered report as a bookmark so that you are able to access it in the future. You can bookmark the report by clicking the bookmark dropdown in the bottom right of the report and selecting Save as new bookmark.

You can also save one of your Bookmarks as the default, so that bookmarked filtered report that will open when you navigate to that specific Analytics report.

⚠️ Currently, bookmarks cannot be scheduled to send. You are able to export your bookmarked report at any given time, but cannot schedule it to send ahead of time.

 

This report can be exported by selecting the arrow next to the Export Transactions tab in the bottom left corner of the screen, and you can also schedule or email reports by clicking the three horizontal lines then selecting Schedule export or Send now.

You can choose to schedule exports at specific days and times, and with specific conditions (e.g. only if new data has occurred).

You can then choose email addresses—whether they’re part of your organization or not—to send it to, and the cadence you would like the export to occur at. Depending on the report or dashboard, you can export the data as CSV, Excel, or PDF.

⚠️ Be sure that the Run queries as recipient checkbox is not checked when sending reports to any recipients besides yourself.
