The Program Transactions report shows you a detailed financial breakdown of transactions at a program level for all of the programs within your organization or selected site(s), including grouped programs.

Navigation, Filtering & Sorting
To view this report, navigate to the Reporting icon and select the Reports option under the Analytics header. Then, navigate to the Financial dropdown in the left-sidebar and select Program Transactions.
You can filter the data by selecting options from the filters at the top of the report.
- Program Start Date
- Program State
- Program Name
- Season
- Sport
Selecting options within these filters will change the data you’re seeing for all four of the sections within this report, including:
- Transaction Breakdown on Program and Sub-Program Levels
- Top 5 Programs with Highest Net Amount Collected
- Program Types and Net Amount Collected
- Net Amount Collected per Sport
Any of the columns can be sorted by selecting the arrow in the column title, and choosing which sort option you would like to use.
Transaction Breakdown on Program and Sub-Program Levels
This chart shows you a detailed breakdown of all of the program transactions, including transaction amounts, fees, transaction IDs, and more. These are grouped on the program and sub-program level so you can easily view high-level performance, as well as expand each grouping to view detailed program information. Member information will still show up here even if they have been removed from the program, and they will be included in the count of paid registrants.
Top 5 Programs with Highest Net Amount Collected
This chart lists the top 5 programs within the organization or selected site(s) that generated the most revenue. Then, within these programs, the blue bars reflect how many registrations each of these programs received.
These programs will be different if you added filters to the top of the report.
This chart allows you to quickly understand which programs are driving the most revenue as well as the most interest so you can target strategies around program offerings, marketing, pricing, and more.
Program Types and Net Amount Collected
This chart aggregates the organization's programs under their respective program type, so you can quickly see which program types are driving the most revenue for your organization or selected site(s).
Net Amount Collected per Sport
This chart shows program breakdowns by sport, which is especially beneficial if your organization or selected site(s) offers programming for more than one sport.
Within each sport grouping, that sport’s programs are grouped on the program and sub-program level so you can easily view high-level performance, as well as expand each grouping to view detailed program information. To expand upon the column details of each product sold, select the ‘+’ icon of the product row you would like more details about.
Exporting, Bookmarks, Sending, and Scheduling
These charts can be exported or filtered by hovering over the top right corner of the chart and selecting your desired options.
If you added any filters to customize this report to your needs, you can save that filtered report as a bookmark so that you are able to access it in the future. You can bookmark the report by clicking the bookmark dropdown in the bottom right of the report and selecting Save as new bookmark.
You can also save one of your Bookmarks as the default, so that bookmarked filtered report that will open when you navigate to that specific Analytics report.
⚠️ Currently, bookmarks cannot be scheduled to send. You are able to export your bookmarked report at any given time, but cannot schedule it to send ahead of time. |
This report can be exported by selecting the arrow next to the Export Program Transactions tab in the bottom left corner of the screen, and you can also schedule or email reports by clicking the three horizontal lines then selecting Schedule export or Send now.
You can choose to schedule exports at specific days and times, and with specific conditions (e.g. only if new data has occurred).
You can then choose email addresses—whether they’re part of your organization or not—to send it to, and the cadence you would like the export to occur at. Depending on the report or dashboard, you can export the data as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
⚠️ Be sure that the Run queries as recipient checkbox is not checked when sending reports to any recipients besides yourself. |
