Pre-Launch Heads-Up Email To Send Your Members

"Hi [fill in here],

Some of you may know that we use a platform called LeagueApps to power our registration, payment processing, messaging, and more. They help us run more efficiently so we can focus on what’s important—play!

As a member of our club, you set up a LeagueApps account when you registered, and use your LeagueApps account credentials whenever you sign-in to our club dashboard to RSVP, view schedules and rosters, send messages, update payment information, etc.

We wanted to give you a heads up that coming soon, you will need to use a MLB.com account to sign-in to our club dashboard. If you don’t have a MLB.com account, please create one here: https://www.mlb.com/registration - NOTE: please use the same email address as your existing LeagueApps account. You will also be able to create a new MLB.com account when you are registering for your next MLB-affiliated program.

You will then be able to sign in using your MLB.com credentials instead of your LeagueApps credentials once this change goes live. If you ever need to change or recover your password, you will handle this through your MLB.com account.

If you have any questions about why we’re switching to MLB.com accounts, or need assistance setting up your MLB.com account, let us know.
