At some point you will likely find the need to create a group or family account for one of your members. This page details the step to manually create a group account.
Step 1: Build the Group Account
- From your LeagueApps Management Console, place your mouse over Manage.
- Then click Members
- Click the Add a Group Account button
- Enter the name for the account, for example: Smith Family
- Skip the description field
- Click Create
Step 2: Add supervisors
- In the top, right-hand corner, click Add User
- In the ensuing prompt, select Supervisor (Parent)
- Then select New User
- Fill out the information for the supervisor. Required fields are First Name, Last Name, Email and Gender.
- Once complete, click the Add User button
Note: The member will automatically receive a Welcome Email upon creation. - The page will refresh, displaying the new supervisor in the group account page. To add another supervisor, simply click the Add User link again and repeat these steps.
Step 3: Add child members
- Again from the group account page, click Add User
- In the ensuing prompt, select Member (Child)
- Then select New User
- Fill out the information for the child member.
Note: Email address for child members is optional, but if entered it must be unique and can not be the same as the supervisor's email address. - Repeat these steps as many as necessary until all family members have been entered.
