Using LeagueApps' Copy Program feature, you can quickly renew programs for upcoming seasons by using a previous season as a template. If you need to create a new program from scratch, please see our guide on that process here.
Step 1: Find last season's program
Navigate to the program you are renewing and click into its dashboard by clicking on the program name.
If the program has been marked as completed and is not accessible from your Top programs area, you can navigate to find by going to Manage then clicking All Programs. Once there, set the filter to Completed and click Apply Filters.
Step 2: Copy program
Once you are in the program's dashboards, click the Copy this program link on the left side of the program dashboard.
Step 3: Update details
On the copied program Edit Details page input the new name, dates, and other details for the new program.
If the previous program had payment plans, divisions or pools, you can choose to copy those as well.
Step 4: Update Registration Options
Navigate to the the registration options page by hovering over Settings and clicking on Registration options from the program dashboard. Change pricing and any other details on the Registration Options page.
Step 5: Confirm Form Fields
Navigate to the Form Fields section by hovering over Settings again and clicking on Form fields. Confirm form fields are the same, or update the ones that need to be changed and add in any new ones.
Step 6: Confirm Waivers
Navigate to the Waivers section by hovering over Settings again and clicking on Waivers. Confirm Waivers are all input correctly or add any new ones by clicking add a new waiver.
Step 7: Add teams (if applicable)
If players are registering directly for teams or groups, make sure that all team names are input correctly. You can click on the Teams or Groups menu item and either confirm teams are correct, edit any teams that are there or add new ones.
Final Step: Test and publish your program

Find the program URL on the left-hand side of the program dashboard. Copy this URL into a new browser tab to perform a test registration. You can also use this link to distribute the program to your members when you're ready.
