A major benefit of LeagueApps' Gateway is having access to all of your financial data within the LeagueApps console. Through the LeagueApps Gateway Dashboard, you can view account information, incoming funds, bank transfers, lifetime volume, payment listings, account balance and credit card disputes.
Who can see Gateway Level Reporting?
LeagueApps Org Account Owners and Org Account Admins can view LeagueApps Gateway Dashboard information by default, however only the Org Account Owner can view and edit the LeagueApps Gateway Account details.
Other admin roles can be delegated access if desired. For more information on giving other admins to your LeagueApps Gateway Dashboard(s), visit this page.
How to locate to your Gateway Dashboard
From your LeagueApps Management Console, place your mouse over Reporting then click Dashboard under LeagueApps Gateway.
If your organization has site-level gateways, you will be able to choose between viewing an Org-Level Dashboard or Site-Level Dashboard.
This area will provide you a quick summary of what's happening with your payments. The three areas are defined as follows:
- Incoming Funds is the amount of funds collected from your customers that is yet to be transferred to your connected bank account. The amount will change as you receive more payments and/or issue refunds.
- Last Transfer is the total amount of funds that were deposited into your connected bank account on the last transfer date.
- Lifetime Volume is the total amount of funds collected from your customers minus credit card and LeagueApps transaction fees.
Transfers shows a dated list of batched funds that have been deposited into your connected bank account. This is an excellent report to reconcile what was included in your most recent bank transfers. Click the View Payments link to see the list of transactions that were included in each bank transfer.
The Payments tab shows a dated list of payments that have been collected from your LeagueApps site. This includes the Available On field, which shows the date that the money from the payment will be available to deposit into your connected bank account.
This report is particularly helpful when reconciling your 1099K form by running a tally of the figures in the Available On column.
Balance shows all gateway transactions that make up the account's balance, including payments, refunds, adjustments and bank transfers. This report includes columns for the Payment Method used, as well as the Account's Last 4 digits for that payment method; e.g. credit card, debit card, or (ACH) bank account.
This report will also display adjustments. Adjustments are transaction fees that are returned to you when a refund is processed. For full refunds, all transactions fees are returned; for partial refunds, a portion of transaction fees are returned to you.
The exported version of the Balance Report will now include fields for Original Payment ID and Refunded Payment ID. You can use these fields together to correlate a refund to its original payment, which will provide the payment method for that original payment as well as the last 4 digits of the account used for that payment.
A dispute occurs when a customer reports to their credit card company that they no longer authorize the payment made to your organization. This tab shows a dated list of disputes that have been made against your LeagueApps site.
