Smart Tables allow you to customize all of the data tables in LeagueApps Analytics in order to create your own personal reports. This includes extracting custom form fields into their own respective columns, and the option to drag and move columns to your desired data export layout. This will save you time and effort when exporting the data fields you need to garner insights.
Table Column Management
Within each table, you are able to perform the following column actions:
- Drag and Move column
- Filter column (add new column filters)
- Rename column
- Hide column
- Delete column
- Freeze up to column (freeze initial columns while scrolling)
- Group column
- Extract columns (add custom form fields to table)
All of these features (except for Drag and Move Columns) can be accessed by right clicking on the column header and choosing the appropriate menu option.
Extract Custom Form Field Columns
To extract custom form fields in the Registrations, E-Commerce, and Attendance reports, right click on one of these columns and click Extract columns:

This will display a menu where you can click to select as many custom form fields as you want to add as table columns.
After selecting these fields, click Confirm. You will now see the custom form fields as new columns in the table.
Drag and Move Columns
To Drag and Move columns, simply click on the column title to select the column, and then click-and-hold on the column title and drag it left and right to your desired placement in the table.
Table Row Management
Within each table, you are also able to perform the following row actions:
- Keep Only (filter on specific row value)
- Exclude (filter out specific row value)
- Highlight Rows (highlight rows with specific value)
To access each of these features, right click on the row and choose the appropriate menu option.
Bookmark Your Changes
It is recommended that you create a Bookmark of any report where you’ve made changes to the tables, so you don’t lose your work and can quickly access saved views.
You can bookmark the report by clicking the bookmark dropdown in the bottom right of the report and selecting Save as new bookmark.
You can also save one of your Bookmarks as the default, so that bookmarked report will open when you navigate to that specific Analytics report.
⚠️ Currently, bookmarks cannot be scheduled to send. You are able to export your bookmarked report at any given time, but cannot schedule it to send ahead of time. |
Reset Changes
If you make a mistake, you can always reset your table and filter changes by clicking on the reset button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
