Billing and credit card information can be entered from with the LeagueApps management console. This information will be used by LeagueApps to charge your organization for its initial launch package, monthly fees, text messaging fees, website hosting and others.

How to enter or update your billing information
- Log into your account via manager.leagueapps.com.
- Click your name in the top, right-hand corner.
- Select Manage Account.
- Find the Billing section and select Billing Info.
- Click the Edit button.
- Complete the billing information fields, then click Save Credit Card Information.
If LeagueApps invoices you monthly for usage fees, this credit card information will be stored and charged automatically for those fees. LeagueApps may invoice your organization for other fees depending on what features and services you are using. If you ever have a question about your bill, please reach out to our support team here.
Payments will appear on your credit card statement as charges made to LeagueApps. Our partners are typically billed on the first week of every month.
Invoice notifications
By default, invoice notifications are sent by email to the account's Org Account Owner. If you would like an additional email to receive these notifications, such as your accounts receivable department or treasurer, you can add this via the Billing Info section.
Invoice Breakdown
To see a breakdown of the fees LeagueApps is charging, navigate to the Invoices page under Billing instead.
Follow the steps in the above section and click Invoices under Billing instead of Billing Info. From this page, you can see what an invoice was for and further details by clicking the View link on the right-hand side:
Invoice payment
- Click your name in the top right corner of your management console and then the Manage Account link that pops up below that.
- Find the Billing section and select Invoices
- Find the unpaid invoice (with the red button) and select PAY NOW
- If necessary, enter or edit your card information and click Submit.
On successful payment, your supplied credit card information will be stored for recurring payments of LeagueApps monthly usage fees invoices.
