If your organization has multiple sites or sub-accounts, LeagueApps' organization-wide reports can be helpful for you to view across all sites instead of pulling reports from each individually.

How to locate the reports
- Click on your name in the top, right-hand corner
- Then click Manage Account.
- In the top row if items, find Account Reports.
There you will see a section that includes three options:
- Membership
- Invoices
- Transactions
Membership Report
This report will allow you to search for and sort members across your organization. It will also display in which of your sites a member has interacted.
This is particularly helpful if you troubleshooting an issue with one of your members but do not know from which site they originated.
Invoices Report
The organization-wide invoices is a report of invoices from all of your site or sub-accounts. You can use the filters to narrow down your search results and export the data to a CSV file. This report can be helpful if you have been provided an invoice number, but do not know from which sub-account it originated.
This report has an extra column to indicate in which sub-account the invoice originated. For more on using invoices, click here.
Transactions Report
The organization-wide transactions report will show you all transactions across your sub-accounts. You can use the filters to narrow down your search results and export the data to a CSV file. This report will be helpful if you are looking for financial data for your entire organization, not just one sub-account.
This report also has an extra column to indicate in which sub-account the invoice originated. For more on transaction reporting, click here.
