A LeagueApps account can be segmented into sub-accounts, or as we call them "Sub-sites." There can be multiple sub-sites within one LeagueApps Organization Account which offers great flexibility for how you can configure your account. Each sub-site has its own member base, public URL for a Member Portal, reports, payment gateway (optional), and admin users. Members (your customers) can access all sub-sites within an organization using the same login credentials.

Create a Sub-Site
Click the down arrow next to the account name on the upper left-hand side of the Management Console Dashboard, then click +Add a site.
Select Create a Brand New Site and fill in the fields on this page. These details are important!
Site Name will show up on credit/debit card statements if you are using LeagueApps Gateway.
Copy Your Existing Sub-Site
Click the down arrow next to the sub-site name on the upper left-hand side of your management console, then click +Add a site.
Select the option to Copy an Existing Site and choose which of your existing sites you’d like to copy.
Enter in the new copied Site Name and if you have a preferred Site URL (or you can set up this site URL later)
Review what is and is not being copied over from the existing site into this new site, and then click Copy Site.
Your new site will open, and you will now be able to view it in the site dropdown in the upper left-hand corner of your management console.
Manage Your Sub-Site
Navigate to Sub-Sites
To navigate to sub-sites on an account, click the down arrow next to the account name on the upper left-hand side of the Management Console Dashboard, then search for the site in the dropdown list.
View Account-Wide Reports for ALL Sub-Sites
To access reports that give a comprehensive view of all sites within the account, go to your name in the upper right-hand side of the screen and click the down arrow, then click Manage Account.
You will then have access to a report of all Members, Invoices, and Transactions across all sub-sites within the account.
