As part of the LeagueApps login experience, your members will see your organization’s logo on the login screen. If you don’t have a logo uploaded into LeagueApps or your logo doesn’t match the guidelines outlined in Step 1 below, please follow these instructions to ensure that your logo will display correctly on your members’ login screen.
Step 1: Choose the right logo format
Logos are displayed at a maximum height of 50px and a maximum width of 200px, and are positioned to the left of the LeagueApps logo.
Logos should be uploaded without padding within the image file. Adding padding will result in unbalanced logo placements.
When using stacked logos, consider legibility. Sometimes using just the logomark may be preferable to using the name + logomark lockup.
When using horizontal logos, bear in mind the maximum display width of 200px. Logos that are wider than the maximum display will be resized to the maximum display width of 200px and vertically centered. We do not recommend using long name + logomark lockups. Instead consider using the logo icon by itself.
| ⚠️ Do not use a logo that is purely white on a transparent background, as this will not display against the white login screen. If you are using a transparent background behind your logo, you should replace that with the color of your website background, or use a shadow on your logo. |
Step 2: Upload your logo into LeagueApps

Once you have a logo file that is in the right format, sign in to LeagueApps at https://manager.leagueapps.com

In the top navigation bar, hover over Design and then click Theme Editor from the dropdown

In the first tab labeled Skins, click the [+] sign next to Logo at the top

Click Choose File underneath the Media Manager section

Select the logo file from its respective location on your computer

Once it’s finished uploading, click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen

If you already had a logo uploaded and you replaced this logo, you will see the following pop-up. Click the Yes button.

Step 3: Review Your Logo
Your logo appears both on the LeagueApps Registration Site and on the login page. You will want to review both after uploading a new logo.

View your registration site by visiting the Program Details page. You can find links in your management console. When viewing any program, click the View button on the left-hand side under Main Details.

You can view the login page directly from the Program Details page by selecting the Register button.
- If you do not have registration open for that program, you can select either the Sign In or Sign Up links from the top right-hand corner of your page.
