As an organizer, you may run into a situation from time to time when you have to change the time, location, or another detail about a game scheduled. In a situation like this, there are ways to notify participants of this change.
If you'd like to make games to a schedule, locate the program first by going to Manage and select All Programs. Access the program and go to Schedule/Calendar:
Now you'll want to find the event/game you'd like to change and click on the pencil icon to the right-hand side to make changes. Make your changes and you can check the box next to "Notify participants of any changes to this game/event?" to notify your registrants:
