For parents of players in the Elite Academy League, view the video below for steps on registering your players ages 18 and under who will remain younger than 18 at the close of the season.
Complete all required player information details, upload photo of your player with no hat or sunglasses, and all complete all required waiver forms: USSSA, Participation Waiver, and Photo Release Waiver.
If you are registering a player who is under 18 years of age, this EAL guide walks you through the full process: accepting your invite, creating or signing in to your LeagueApps account as the parent, setting up the parent and player profiles, completing the registration questions and waivers, and uploading your player's profile photo.
Players under 18 do not have a separate compliance requirement, so once registration and the photo upload are complete, your player is all set. Follow the steps in order.

Accept your invite and sign in
- Locate the registration invite email sent to the email address of the parent of the player being invited into the team. The subject line will resemble "[staff name] is inviting you to join team [team name]". From this email, select Accept Invite or the registration link provided.
- You will be led to the LeagueApps sign-in page.
- First Year Players: If this is your first year registering your player, populate the fields under Create a LeagueApps Account with your information as the parent. Enter your first name, last name, and the email address you were invited with, then create a password. After creating the account, you will be redirected to sign in with these new credentials.
- Returning Players: If you are registering a returning player, skip the fields shown and click the Sign in With LeagueApps link at the bottom of the page. Use your existing LeagueApps credentials to log in.

Set up your profile
After signing in, you will be led to the member profile page.
- First Year Players: If this is your first year registering your player, the first member profile page will be the Parent profile. Populate the fields with your information as the parent. After creating your profile, the next step is to create the Player profile. At this step, populate the fields with your player's information.
- Returning Players: If you are registering a returning player, after logging in you will be prompted to select and confirm the player profile who is registering.
Complete your registration
- Answer the required registration questions. Fill out all required fields and select Next at the bottom right of the page.
- Next, fulfill the required waivers. Read the content of each waiver in full, then select the checkbox for each waiver to acknowledge and agree to the terms. Once all waivers are agreed to, click the Register button that appears underneath these fields.
- From the registration summary page, click the Complete button.
- From the registration confirmation page, click the Skip button to navigate to the member dashboard.
Upload your profile photo
- At the top of your dashboard you will find an additional requirement to fulfill: Photo Upload.
- Click the Upload your Profile Photo link. Underneath the image icon, click the upload button and select an appropriate headshot photo. Once you make a selection, the icon will update with your photo and a remove button will replace the upload button.
- Scroll beneath the profile questions under the photo and click the Edit button to save the photo upload.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my under-18 player need to complete SafeSport or compliance?

Whose information do I use to create the account?
The account is created under the parent's information. You will enter your details as the parent first, then create a separate player profile with your player's information.
I registered my player last year. Do I need a new account?
No. Skip the account creation fields and use the Sign in With LeagueApps link with your existing credentials, then select and confirm the returning player profile.
