MyStatsOnline x LeagueApps Integration Setup - How This Will Work
- MyStatsOnline (MSO) has created a LeagueApps landing page for all LeagueApps customers. Depending on your desired sport system, you must use this URL to sign on: https://www.mystatsonline.com/soccer/visitor/join_leagueapps.aspx

LeagueApps customer logs in using unique LeagueApps Site ID, Site Name, desired MSO League Manager & username and password
- The LeagueApps Site ID for your site is the number in your browser URL that can be copied:
- The LeagueApps API Key can be grabbed by following these steps:
- Log into your LeagueApps Dashboard
- Go to Integrations -> API Settings
- Enter in the name for the integration (Example: MyStatsOnline Integration)
- After the name is entered, select Generate Private API Key
- Click Generate
- The API Key will be downloaded to your device and will need to upload it later in the process
- Click the X icon on the pop-up message
- Then copy the API Key you just made:
Now both the LeagueApps Site ID and API Key will be used to sign into this page by clicking on the blue CONTINUE button.
Creating and finalizing your League Manager profile
Now you'll be brought to the Registration Form page to confirm your organization details, name and an upload of the P12 file that was previously downloaded to your device:
When you get to the P12 LeagueApp file, click on Choose File and then find the P12 file you downloaded on your device before.
Confirm your League Manager account details and then click on the blue CREATE MY LEAGUE button.
Your league is now created and you'll lastly have to access your email inbox to complete the confirmation steps to be directed to your League Manager profile.
LeagueApps Programs
Log into your MSO account using one of the following URLs depending on which system you made your registration:
- Hockey: https://www.mystatsonline.com/hockey/visitor/log_in.aspx
- Baseball: https://www.mystatsonline.com/ballsports/visitor/log_in.aspx
- Basketball: https://www.mystatsonline.com/basket/visitor/log_in.aspx

- Lacrosse: https://www.mystatsonline.com/lacrosse/visitor/log_in.aspx
- Football: https://www.mystatsonline.com/football/visitor/log_in.aspx
After logging in, click on the LEAGUE APPS PROGRAMS menu item and then click on the blue ADD A NEW SEASON OR SERIES button:
Data Fetch
A "Fetch" column should be visible with a green button that is displayed beside each program. If clicked, MSO will fetch the data of that particular program into its database.
For every type of data that MSO imports from LeagueApps, MSO will also import its LeagueApps unique ID for the future match.
| ⚠️ Having both IDS in the MSO database will allow MSO to generate reports based on either LeagueApps or MSO IDs |
| ⚠️ LeagueApps doesn't need to be aware of MSO IDs to call MSO URLs to generate stats reports. A specific team report could be loaded by a such URL |
Entering in Data
Once all of the data of a program has been fetched (players, teams, games, etc.), LeagueApps partners may now use MSO to track their game stats via desktop or mobile interface for real-time results:
Find Your Game

Option 1: To enter stats for incomplete previous games, go to the Welcome tab. Here you will see your to-do list of games to enter in stats:
Click on the game and then proceed to record game details and statistics.
Option 2: To enter stats for upcoming games, click the Seasons/Series menu item and then select the Schedules & Scores option:
From there, you can manually set the lineup and enter in the stats by clicking on the Game Time on the lefthand side:
Select Player Lineup
Player Lineups can be assigned using the Alignments tab for each team in the associated Game:
Then click on the player name from the Team Roster section and select Insert Player to add them to the roster.
Select Save as favorite alignment to save your rosters and proceed with stats submission.
Enter Statistics
Statistics can be entered by accessing the Statistics tabs for both teams and then recording any goals, assists, and penalties for games:
Mobile Access
Use the mobile log-in depending on your sport. Accessing MyStatsOnline from your mobile browser will allow you easy access to enter in stats for your games.
- Access your mobile web browser
- Log into the MyStatsOnline link depending on the sport.
- From your Welcome page, access the Game that needs to be updated
- Proceed to update the game information and statistics
- Complete any other operations in the MyStatsOnline website
Input iFrame into LeagueApps
Work with the LeagueApps team to input iFrames into Wordpress or LeagueApps sites. This only needs to be completed once. There are countless different iFrame and stats setups for teams specifically or to a whole league. Here are some examples for the River City Baseball organization:
