LeagueApps Facilities has three essential reports you will need to gather the data and analytics your require to run your facility.
Sales Report
Sales reports will give you a detailed view of sales activity within your facility. It will show you a summary of total net sales, total gross sales, and total tax for the period and venues you've selected.
To run a Sales Report, go to the Bookings tab then select one or multiple groups.
Then click +New Report in upper right corner and select Sales Report.
A PDF will automatically pop up with your generated sales report.
Allocation Report
The Allocation Report keeps track of used or unused hours and dollars per venue and calculates the total percentage for you in a detailed report.
To run an Allocation Report for the entire facility, go to Reports and then Allocation Report.
To run an Allocation Report for a selected group of bookings, go to the Bookings tab and select one or multiple bookings.
Click +New Report in the upper right corner and select the Allocation Report.
You can toggle the CALCULATE UNUSED DOLLAR AMOUNTS on to see the dollar value of your unused space.
A pop-up will allow you to select what detailed items you'd like to include on the report such as Group Name, Venue, Day, etc.
You can now export through Excel or save it as a PDF report.
Booking Report
A booking list report will create a detailed report of bookings for selected venues or groups.
To run a booking list report, go to the Bookings tab then select group(s).
Click +New Report in upper right corner and select Booking List.
A PDF will automatically pop up with your booking list report.
