The E-Commerce Orders report shows you e-commerce product data from products sold via LeagueApps across your organization and within each site—whether in the registration flow or in your standalone storefront—so you can understand which products have been bringing in the most revenue, and easily export comprehensive data to process the orders.
Navigation
To view this dashboard, navigate to the Reporting icon and select the Reports option under the Analytics header. Then, navigate to the E-Commerce dropdown in the left-sidebar and select E-Commerce Orders.
To change the dates of the data shown in the report, click on the box under ‘Transaction Date’ and select the dates you wish to view.
The data within the Purchased Products and Financial Breakdown sections are product purchase data. That means that there is only data if a product has been paid for. To view both paid and unpaid product order data, see the Product Order Data section.
Purchased Products and Net Amount
This pie chart shows a financial breakdown for product orders that have been processed for the organization during your selected date range. You can filter down by site(s) as well. This provides you with a quick view into which products are driving the most revenue.
Financial Breakdown of Product Orders
The financial breakdown chart for product orders for this organization or selected sites allows you to quickly group products to see high-level information, and then expand them to view all of the orders processed.
To expand upon the column details of each product sold, select the ‘+’ icon of the product row you would like more details about. This will show you individual transaction IDs, dates, and more. You can also sort the data from individual columns within the chart by selecting the arrow in the column title, and choosing which sort option you would like to use; you can sort by Ascending, Descending, or choose to add a Custom Sort.
Product Order Data
This chart provides you with a breakdown of all product orders within the organization or selected sites, which is helpful for product fulfillment and ordering.
You can filter the data by selecting options from the filters at the top of the section, including:
- Created On
- Status
- Product Name
- Custom Form Fields
- Program Name
You can also sort the data from individual columns within the chart by selecting the arrow in the column title, and choosing which sort option you would like to use.
Extracting Custom Form Fields
To extract custom form fields in the E-Commerce report, right click on the Custom Form Fields column and click Extract columns. This will display a menu where you can click to select as many custom form fields as you want to add as table columns. After selecting these fields, click Confirm. You will now see the custom form fields as new columns in the table.
Exporting, Bookmarks, Sending, and Scheduling
These charts can be exported or filtered by hovering over the top right corner of the chart and selecting your desired options.
If you added any filters to customize this report to your needs, you can save that filtered report as a bookmark so that you are able to access it in the future. You can bookmark the report by clicking the bookmark dropdown in the bottom right of the report and selecting Save as new bookmark.
You can also save one of your Bookmarks as the default, so that bookmarked filtered report that will open when you navigate to that specific Analytics report.
⚠️ Currently, bookmarks cannot be scheduled to send. You are able to export your bookmarked report at any given time, but cannot schedule it to send ahead of time. |
This report can be exported by selecting the arrow next to the Export E-Commerce Orders tab in the bottom left corner of the screen, and you can also schedule or email reports by clicking the three horizontal lines then selecting Schedule export or Send now.
You can choose to schedule exports at specific days and times, and with specific conditions (e.g. only if new data has occurred).
You can then choose email addresses—whether they’re part of your organization or not—to send it to, and the cadence you would like the export to occur at. Depending on the report or dashboard, you can export the data as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
⚠️ Be sure that the Run queries as recipient checkbox is not checked when sending reports to any recipients besides yourself. |
