Payment Gateway Setup -

An payment gateway can be used to accept online payments on LeagueApps. (note: View all LeagueApps payment solutions -- and check out our blog post to learn more about these different payment solutions)

Step 1 

Setup an Payment Gateway

There are multiple ways to setup an Payment Gateway.  When creating an account, be sure to select an online merchant account.

1. Do it yourself through Authorize.Net

2. Contact LeagueApps to setup both a merchant account and payment gateway

The account approval process usually takes 24-48 hours.  Once your account is approved, it is still necessary to activate your account.  You will receive an email from with instructions on how to complete this step.

Step 2

Obtain your API Login ID and transaction key.

  1. Log into the Merchant Interface.

  2. Click on Settings under the account menu.

  3. Click API Login ID and Transaction Key under security settings.

  4. Answer your secret question.

  5. Copy your API Login ID (8 characters) and Transaction Key (16 characters).



Step 3

Enter Your Authorize.Net API Credentials Into LeagueApps

Once you retrieve your API credentials (API Login ID, Transaction Key) from your account, you're ready to enter them into LeagueApps:

  1. Log in to your LeagueApps Manager Console.
  2. Click on the Manage Account tab in the upper right.
  3. Under Merchant Services, click the Setup button.
  4. Select in the Payment Gateway drop down menu
  5. Enter your credentials and click Save

After creating your account be sure to check that your gateway is not in Test Mode as this will prevent it from going live and taking payments. See this brief article for instructions on how to disable Test Mode.
