Go to Messaging > Update your Voice Line.
NOTE: If you have not yet enabled the Voice Line click here to learn how to do so.
On this screen, you have two options. Either you can enter a default message or you can enter a date specific message. If this is your first time updating your Voice Line, you are going to scroll down to the bottom of the page and type in the bottom text box to set your default message. Enter your custom voice message in the text box available.
If you want to set a date-specific message, type your text into the top text box. Once you have your text set, select the field for start date and the calendar will open. Select your start date. Repeat for end date. Your message will be live from 12am on the start date until 11:59pm on the end date.
Scroll down and click save and update.
This feature can be used to notify players, coaches and parents of any game changes, weather delays, unexpected cancellations or any other announcement that you wish to make available to your users.
