Redeem Your Site Credit

If you are a player or a parent who has been issued a Site Credit from your organization, this article will let you know how redeem that credit for registrations.

If the program allows credit redemption, you will see a checkbox option on the details step of your registration process.

You’re all set!  You can view your invoice by going to Invoices from your dashboard to confirm your site credit is redeemed.

Site Credit FAQ

1) I don't see the "Yes, use Site Credit" checkbox during registration.
- Program Administrators can restrict the usage of credit for certain programs.  Contact your organization to see if this is the case!  They may simply need allow credit redemption for the program.

2) Can I apply my credit to an invoice after registration?
- Currently credit redemptions are only allowed during registration. If you'd like to use a credit after registration please contact your organization to ask if they can manually apply your credit to an invoice.
