To register for a program, a participant must create a member profile.  This profile allows them to log into the site. You can set the information to collect during the account creation process.

Here are the standard member profile fields:

• Username
• Password
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Address
• City
• State
• Postal Code

Custom Member Profile Fields

Edit custom member profile fields under "Settings > Member Profiles".

1. Use the toggle to determine if you would like to require new members to complete their address information (address, city, state and postal code)
2. Create additional Form Fields for new members to complete

• Add a Field Name
• Select the Field Type
• Select if this field must be required/optional to complete the account process
• The information in this field can be public, protected or private.

1.       Public – Field information is viewable on their account profile
2. Protected – Field information is only viewable to other logged in members
3. Private – Field information is only viewable to the league admin

Profile vs Registration Fields

Remember that member profile fields are different from registration fields.  Registration fields are used for program registration forms - not the member signup form. Even returning members must fill out registration fields when registering for new programs.
