Creating Programs
As an admin, you can create a program by clicking the Manage tab in your admin console.1. Select which type of program to create: League, Event, Tournament, or Camp.
2. Choose your Program:
- Leagues are seasons that have multiple games, schedules, and standings.
- Events are a one-time activity. They can be used for social gatherings, charity functions, or any other one-day events you might be hosting.
- Tournaments are contests involving several competitors, or teams.
- Camps are programs that often last several weeks. They may include leagues, tournaments, clinics, or various training sessions.
Once you choose your program, go ahead and fill out the program details.
Copying Programs
Copy, or replicate, any of your existing programs. This can be helpful when setting up programs for future seasons that are quite similar to past programs (e.g., same settings and description).To copy a program, click on an existing program. You’ll see the copy button in the upper right of your program dashboard.

CAUTION: Not every piece of information is copied into a new program. Things not copied include: discount codes, registered players, teams, games, schedules, and standings.
