Customizing Email Settings

Customize the email template you use for outgoing emails to your site members. This is the default setting that will be included in every email you send to your members.

Edit your email settings in the Settings tab of your admin console. Click Edit Site Email Settings in the Emails section.  The following settings are available:

From Name:  This is the "From Name" used for all messages you send to your members. You can change the From Name for any email you send.

Reply-To Address:  This is the email address that will receive any replies from your members.

Email Footer Content:  This is the footer content you want to include in all outgoing emails.  

You must specify the desired format for your email footer content:

  • Text:  Enter basic text in footer content
  • HTML:  Enter HTML code. Some basic HTML development skill is necessary to enter footer content in this format.
