LeagueApps has integrated Facebook into the platform to allow you to easily promote your Facebook page and grow your fan base.  We also plan to help you streamline your marketing and promotional activities through Facebook.

Connect Your Facebook Page

The first step in incorporating Facebook into your LeagueApps site requires you to connect your Facebook fan page to your LeagueApps account. 

Follow these steps to connect your Facebook Page:

1. Scroll to the Facebook Tools button on the right side of your Site Dashboard. Click the Setup Now link, which will take you directly to the Facebook Settings page under "Settings > Social" tab in your admin console. (Alternately, you can find the Facebook Settings page by going directly to the Settings tab in the console.)
2. Enter your Facebook Page URL.  (e.g. http://facebook.com/LeagueApps) 
3. Once you have entered your Facebook Page URL, a list of Facebook widgets and buttons are enabled. Select which items from the list you would like to be automatically incorporated into your LeagueApps site. 

The options are shown below:



Click Save Settings when you have finished selecting the options you want.

NOTICE: You must enter a value for Facebook Page URL in order for the subsequent Facebook Setting options to be enabled.  Additionally, your Facebook Page URL must be valid in order for your Page to properly link to your LeagueApps site.   

 

Your Facebook App Integration

Enabling your Facebook App Integration is simple, and it turns your site into a super-connected extension of Facebook. Click the Request Facebook App Integration and our product team will configure a Facebook App to your site.

 

Once enabled, you get the following capabilities:

• Your members can signup/login with their Facebook accounts
• Your member profiles automatically use their Facebook info and photo
• You can easily publish announcements to your Facebook Page
• Your members can easily publish updates to their Facebook feeds 

Additionally, you can check the box to Prompt members to Share on Facebook after completing registration. This will allow members to share their program registration link on their Facebook page after completing registration.

 

Click Save Settings when you have completed your settings.
