You will find two different Practice Drills on your site dashboard:
Explore a Sample Program
This drill lets you walk through a live program in your console. You will see all the steps it takes to create a program. (Click here for details on how to create a program.) You can take a break midway and browse through other sections in your console, then click "Next Step" when you are ready to resume the Practice Drill. You can also quit the drill at any point by clicking "Quit Drill" in the bottom right of your screen.Below are the sections you can navigate in this Practice Drill:

Dashboard -
The dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of all the up-to-date program information, as well as easy access to your admin controls. -
Basic Details -
Edit all the key information about your program, such as dates, times, sport, skills, and other descriptive fields. (Read more about setting up program details and preferences.) -
Registration Options -
Control how you want your registration process to work, including the types of registrations you allow, capacity rules, prices, payment collection rules, and more. (More on Registration Options here.) -
Form Fields -
Add custom form fields for any information you'd like to collect during registration, such as t-shirt size, color, etc. (More on Customizing Registration Forms here.) -
Discount Codes -
Create and distribute discount codes that registrants can use when paying online for your programs. (Click here to learn about creating Discount Codes on LeagueApps.) -
Players -
All players who register for your program are listed here, so that you can easily manage them. Filter and search players, view and edit registration info, move to different teams or programs, add or edit players, and more. (Learn how to move players here.) -
Teams -
Manage all of your teams here. Filter and sort your teams, view key details, and add new teams.
NOTICE: Once you complete the drill, you can remove the Sample Program that was created. Go to the Manage tab in your console, click on the sample program, and remove the program in the program dashboard. This will remove the sample players and teams that were created.

This drill is a LeagueApps platform highlight reel. It walks through the console and provides a brief explanation of each major section.-
Dashboard -
This is the admin dashboard for your LeagueApps powered site. You can quickly view key up-to-date information about programs and members, and gain quick access to desired features at any time. -
Manage Your Programs -
Quickly scan and stay on top of all of your leagues, events, tournaments, and camps. Drill down to manage a specific program, or add new programs. -
Messaging - Our powerful messaging tool allows you to send unlimited messages to your members. Filter the recipient list by programs, teams, registration roles, statuses, and more. Control the message header, content and subject, and track sent messages. (Click here to read our Messaging help articles)

Content Pages -
You can add as many pages as you'd like to your public website, and link from the main menu as desired. A simple webpage editor allows you to easily manipulate basic HTML. (Learn more about Creating Content Pages here.) -
Widgets -
These simple 'widgets' allow you to easily integrate LeagueApps into your own existing external website. It's only takes a few minutes to grab the desired widget code, and 'drop it' into your existing website's HTML. (Read up on how to use our Widget Integration.)Players - -
Theme Editor -
You can completely control the branding and look & feel of your LeagueApps powered website. Our powerful 'Theme Editor' allows you to either make simple edits that require no technical skills, OR to directly edit CSS and HTML in order to create more sophisticated designs. (Learn how to customize your site design.) -
Site Settings -
You need to run your organization your way. So, LeagueApps allows you to edit 'settings' for all the major features, giving you the ability to custom tailor the operation and business rules of your LeagueApps site to suit your needs.
8. Reports -
All information collected into your LeagueApps site is accessible to you in real-time. Filter and search, and extract to CSV/Excel whenever needed. (Click for instructions on how to pull Member Reports.)
9. Manage Account -
All the higher level administration options for your LeagueApps account are organized into this 'Manage Account' section. Add and manage other admin users, enter payment gateway details, add new sites, and more.
