How to Set Up a Custom Domain Name

Last Updated: Aug 03, 2016 05:37PM EDT
The public facing website, or front end, of your LeagueApps account is a live website. The URL of your website uses a subdomain by default (yoursite.leagueapps.com).

LeagueApps also allows you to easily use a custom domain if you'd like (yoursite.com, register.yoursite.com, leagues.yoursite.com). LeagueApps does not offer domain or email hosting, but you can
buy a domain name from any domain registrar and point it to your LeagueApps site.

This is step 3 in a 3-part help article on setting up a custom domain. If you have not completed parts 1 and 2, click here!

Once you've completed parts 1 and 2, follow the below steps to enter your custom domain in your LeagueApps account.

Step 1

Go to Settings > Custom URL to open the "URL Settings" page.

Step 2

Enter your full custom URL (ex. www.yoursite.com). Make sure to enter the subdomain (www.,register.,etc...). Click "Save Custom URL" to apply the URL change.
