This article will teach you how to customize and print out your roster for a program. By being able to fully customize the roster it will save you time and not leave any information out!
Step 1 Navigate to the program you wish to create a roster for in the Admin Console. You will want to hover over the "Settings" tab and click on "Roster Print Settings"
Step 2 Customize roster colors and upload a Program or Team Logo to be included on the roster.
Step 3 Member Info lets you specify which member information to display on the rosters. By checking off the box, the corresponding information will be included on the roster.
Step 4 Custom Form Fields can also be put on the roster. These are specific fields that pertain to the program.
Up to three Additional Fields can be included on a roster. Each field will appear as a roster column with the label of the field and an empty box for each player on the roster.
Specify who is authorized to generate printable rosters. You can choose from different Admin roles and grant coaches/captains access by checking off the 'Allow Staff to generate' box. If you give your coach/captain the ability to print roster, they'll see a "Print Team Roster" button on their team roster page in their account.
Step 7 Be sure to Review your roster to make sure you've included all fields you'd like. If everything looks good, go ahead and print out your roster.
Step 8 From the Teams tab you can print all team rosters at once using the "Print All Team Rosters" button in the top right corner. To print an individual roster you can click the "Details" button underneath the team name followed by "Print Team Roster".
*The roster print default is horizontal. If you wish to have a vertical roster you can change this before you print in your printer settings.*
