This article will show you how to manually add children to your new programs. It will be especially useful for those of you who have collected online transactions before but now are switching over to LeagueApps for the first time. This will allow you to manually register your participants for youth programs, and tie children to their parents account for email purposes.
Additionally this article can be relevant if you're collecting offline transactions but still want to get your members in your online database.
Go to Manage and then Members.
Click Add a Group Account and enter the family name.
Click Add User and fill in the information for the parent
Click Add User" and add a Child
Click the child's name and View Profile. Scroll down to program registrations, find the program you want to manually add the child to from the drop down, and select Add.
You're done! The player is now in the program you'd like them to be in!
