Notifications: Game Change Notifications
“Manage” > “All Programs”. On the program listing page click “Schedule” under the program you need to edit.
On the schedule page, click on the pencil icon (located on the right side of the screen) to edit the game. Once on the schedule page of the event which you are editing, you can change any category that needs to be edited and add notes as to why you are making the changes you are making.
Click save game or save and add another if you would like to add another game. When you save your changes, all participants for this event will be automatically notified of all changes that were made. Thus, in 2 clicks you can: save a game, add a game, and notify all your your participants that you have made this change.
Note: Notify participants of changes to game is un-checked by default. Be sure to check the option in order to notify your participants.
